Jocelyn Chan holds a B.A. in Child and Adolescent Development with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education and minors in Special Education and Business Administration. Currently, she is the Fiscal Incentive Coordinator at SF SEED, a program that offers resources to early childhood educators who are pursuing higher education. Jocelyn has three years of experience working in educational settings, serving young children from low-income and middle-class communities. She values the importance of high-quality and culturally responsive care for children and believes that family-teacher partnerships are essential to the academic and self-development of children. In the future, Jocelyn plans to use her linguistic skills--English and Chinese, work experience, and early education knowledge to help educators work towards their degrees.
